  • Project cancellation within 7 days of agreement: 100% refund
  • Project cancellation after development starts: Pro-rata refund based on work completed
  • No refund after project completion and delivery

2.2 SaaS Subscriptions

  • Monthly Subscriptions: Cancel anytime - no further charges; No refund for current billing period; Service continues until end of paid period
  • Annual Subscriptions: 30-day money-back guarantee; Pro-rata refund after 30 days (minus used portion); No refund for violations of Terms of Service

2.3 Mobile Applications

  • iOS: Refunds handled through Apple App Store
  • Android: Refunds handled through Google Play Store
  • Follow respective platform refund policies

2.4 Consulting Services

  • Pre-paid consulting: Refund for unused hours
  • No refund for completed consulting sessions
  • 48-hour cancellation notice required for refund

3. Non-Refundable Items

  • Custom development work already delivered and accepted
  • Digital products downloaded or accessed
  • Services rendered and completed
  • Setup fees and one-time charges
  • Third-party costs and licenses

4. Refund Process

  • Approval decision: 3-5 business days
  • Payment processing: 7-10 business days

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Alternative methods may be used if original is unavailable.

5.1 Service Interruptions

For extended service outages (more than 24 hours), we provide service credits or pro-rata refunds.
